June is shaping up to be great a month! A lovely combination of new venues, old venues and garden/wedding parties!

Wow what a weekend I've just had!

Started off . Thank you to everyone who came out to eat there, I broke my hour record!! 🎊
Then straight back home to re stock for an evening where this steak flatbread absolutely flew out. This one will be on the menu a lot more so keep an eye out for that! 🤤
Then finished it off today with a shiny PB in the 10k race ! 🏃

Thank you everyone for this weekend I've had a blast!

I’ve had loads of new followers recently, so I thought I’d properly introduce myself 👇

I’m Jack — That Tall Chef.

25 years in kitchens, learning my craft and figuring out what actually makes food worth eating. Now I’ve taken that experience and built something of my own.

When I’m not in the trailer, I’m with my family (my why for all of this) or out running to clear my head… and make room for the next round of taste testing 👀

What I do is simple. No shortcuts. But alot of hardwork.

To everyone who’s followed, supported, and come down to eat — thank you. It genuinely means a lot.

May is just around the corner… and I’m hitting the road 👨‍🍳🔥

You’ll find me popping up all over this month — campsites, pubs, taprooms, breweries… the lot. Good food, good vibes, and plenty of loaded flatbreads coming your way 🌯

It’s shaping up to be a big one, and I genuinely can’t wait to get out there and cook for you all.
