I serve up fantastic, bespoke menus at dinner parties for your family and friends and also cater for larger gatherings with giant paella!

Hola Amigos! Why not pop to the Horse and Plough in Bingham for a pint and some Patatas Bravas, or Gambas PilPil, or some beautiful Boquerones? The sun is out the beer is cold and the Tapas is delicious, (even if I do say so myself). See you there! I'll be in the kitchen! ❤️ 🇪🇸

Menu development for tea tonight! Gambas pil-pil in under 5 minutes. In my top 5 tapas dishes of all time, cooked and served as it should be. (Credit to Mi Amigo Juan, the Chef that taught me how to make this dish)
