Villa Bianca Bushey is open — and we’re not closing.

To our wonderful Bushey and Hertfordshire community, we’re delighted to confirm that Villa Bianca Bushey is very much open and ready to welcome you.

Our menu now brings together the best of both worlds: the old Villa Bianca classics you know and love, alongside a selection of new dishes created for the next chapter of our restaurant.

We’re also pleased to welcome Loris, from Villa Bianca Hampstead, as our new manager in Bushey. Many of you may already know him, and he is looking forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new guests.

We’re also available for catering services, private events and afternoon tea, perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, office lunches, community occasions, and special get-togethers.

Prepared in many regions of Italy for centuries, it is considered to be a peasant dish for its simple and inexpensive ingredients yet one of the most hearty and delicious pasta recipe.

We owe the first documented recipe to Marco Gavio Apicius, a Roman patrician of the 1st century AD, who recommended them fried and seasoned with pepper, or cooked in a pan with green fennel and sapa.
