Due to heavy traffic in the Crayford area this morning, some of our team are running a little behind.

To make sure everyone has plenty of time to enjoy their visit, we’ll be extending our 9:15am–11:00am play session until 11:30am. 🥳

We’ve been overwhelmed by the number of messages from families wanting to book already. Your excitement and support honestly mean the world to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you all through our doors! 🥹

As much as we wanted to open sooner, we’ve made the decision to delay our grand opening by a few days.

Our website is now ready to go live 🎉, but we want to make sure everything is running perfectly before we welcome our very first families. We only get one grand opening, and we want it to be everything you’ve been waiting for! ☁️✨

We absolutely love welcoming both pre-booked guests and walk-ins! 💕

However, to help us run the café efficiently, we rely on our online booking system to see how busy we're going to be each day.

If we have no bookings, we may make the decision to close earlier than advertised, as unfortunately it's not always cost-effective to remain open with no visitors expected.

We've recently had a few disappointed families arrive after we've closed early, and we'd really hate for anyone to make a wasted journey.

💻 If you're planning to visit, even if it's just an hour before you come, we'd really appreciate you making a quick online booking. It lets us know you're on your way and helps us make sure we're here to welcome you!

Of course, walk-ins are still welcome whenever we're open and have availability—we just can't guarantee we'll remain open if we haven't received any bookings.
