ralleled. Notably, Chris’s exceptional skills have been previously recognised through the prestigious NMT (Nursery Management Today), Chef of the Year Award. Signature Catering Ltd provides many different types of culinary delights and more recently has added another string to its bow called “The Roaring Donkey”. This is a Mobile Kitchen and Bar that can provide a variety of services, which can be tailored to the individual needs of any occasion. A wonderful summer gathering at Cliddesden Village Hall, where we had the pleasure of catering for 85 guests.

Our freshly prepared buffet featured roast sirloin, honey roast ham, roast pork and chicken with bacon, served alongside a selection of fresh seasonal salads and breads. Perfect for bringing people together over great food on a summer's day.

It was a pleasure to cater for a beautiful 25th wedding anniversary celebration at Cross Barn, Odiham, shared with 80 family and friends.

Guests enjoyed a freshly prepared BBQ featuring sirloin of beef, rump of lamb, Cajun chicken and steamed sea bass, accompanied by a selection of seasonal salads.

This week we prepared and delivered 70 afternoon teas to Hartley Wintney, filled with a mix of sweet and savoury favourites for guests to enjoy.

220 guests, one brilliant day at the Benefit Match for Finchampstead Cricket PCA.

Catered by us at Signature Catering Ltd at and hosted by .

Guests started with a mezze-style sharing platter of artisan breads, continental meats, marinated olives, caprese salad, hummus, garlic ciabatta and balsamic dip.

For the main course, homemade steak & ale pie with creamy mash, onion gravy and seasonal vegetables, with a sweet potato, spinach & coconut pie for the vegetarian option.

Dessert was a full table of chocolate profiteroles, chocolate and caramelised nut brownies, glazed lemon tart and fresh fruit salad.
