Enjoy Weekend Specials at Cullen Bay Hotel, available alongside our regular menu.

Herring is just coming into season, and ours is coated in oatmeal and pan-fried, served with a mustard sauce. 🌊

For mains, seared halibut on a creamy tomato and red wine concassé, served with asparagus, Parmentier potatoes and topped with cherry vine tomatoes. Or roasted leg of lamb with hasselback potatoes, braised red cabbage, carrots and a lamb gravy.
