✨ Pop- Up News ✨

We are back on Monday after a couple of weeks off and have the lovely Erin joining us from

A little about Erin:

Erin, now the co director of silvermere softplay and silvermere gymnastics is a qualified yoga instructor, dance teacher and dance movement psychotherapist. She still loves facilitating sessions to all ages when she has the opportunity and is particularly passionate about enhancing movement and creative opportunities for children and adults with additional needs and disabilities. Erin is currently in the final stages of her baby yoga teacher training.

Erin will be delivering a short and gentle session for parents/carers and babies which will include some breathing for relaxation, mindful gentle stretching, movement and song! The session aims to support connection between baby and caregiver through positive touch, movement and response. It will also provide the opportinity for parents/carers to take moments to tune into their own body as they respond to their baby. Session is entirely baby led and non judgemental- so you can attend to your baby’s needs as you need during the session. Baby’s must have had their 6-8 week check.

Next Monday 18th May we have lovely Jess joining us at The Snug. She will be there for both sessions : 10-11 & 11:15-12:15 - spaces are limited so booking in advance is recommended!

A bit about Jess -
I am a family based chiropractor with over 17 years experience supporting babies, children and adults. I work with people to help them feel well, function well and thrive. I am the proud owner of Thrive Family Chiropractic based in Leigh. I am looking forward to meeting you and your little ones!

Jess will be running a mini session / talk about all things family chiropractic and how you can support yourselves and your babies by functioning well.

We can’t wait!

Happy sorry for the radio silence on here, we have been working behind the scenes on a new and exciting project.. more to be revealed soon!

We had such a fantastic time last Friday collaborating with ! ✨

We created two beautiful spaces for families to explore…

The main hall featured our cosy Snug setup, alongside a wonderful mix of local professionals and small businesses, creating a warm, welcoming hub full of support, connection, and discovery 💛

In the smaller room, Be Curious transformed the space into a calming sensory experience, giving children the chance to explore and engage their senses in a truly magical environment.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning at our Easter Special 🐣 🐰 🌷 We hope you and your little ones had as much fun playing as we did setting it up! Any photos and feedback is always welcomed and helps us improve our sessions ☺️

Reminder - we aren’t running next week due to the bank holiday, but we will be back on the 13th April with some lovely pop ups, you won’t want to miss them!
