Hi folks,

Just a quick message to say I’m now actively looking to get involved in events around Dundee and the surrounding areas.

I run Bonnie Beef Co, specialising in proper smash burgers—fresh, fast, and done right. If you’re organising an event and looking for quality food traders, I’d love to be part of it.

I bring my own gazebo setup and flat tops, fully ready to serve. My van doesn’t move at the moment, but everything else is good to go and I’m fully equipped to operate on‑site.

🍔 THE BACON CHEESE SMASHER

Two smash patties made with Scott Brothers mince, smashed till the edges go crispy and all that beautiful juice stays right in the meat where it belongs. Cheese melting over the top like it’s greeting an old pal.

Then you’ve got that smoked bacon — the proper stuff — laying across the patties like it’s posing for a calendar.

All wrapped up in a soft brioche bun that’s trying its best to hold the whole situation together while you stare at it like it’s the best decision you’ve made all week.

It’s bold.
It’s messy.
It’s exactly the kind of burger that makes folk nod to themselves before the first bite.

My first ever Bonnie Beef Co. event is officially done… and aye, it was raining. Not a storm, not a monsoon — just that steady “I’m here all day” kind of rain that makes you grateful for a gazebo and a good attitude.

But honestly? What a brilliant wee event.

The Austin Seven Club brought out some cracking vintage motors, all lined up looking proud as anything. Small gathering, fair few folk, chilled vibes, and everyone was sound — the kind of people who’ll happily stand under a gazebo, talk cars, and grab a burger while pretending the weather isn’t trying to join in.

And Bonnie Beef Co?
We smashed it.
First event, rain bouncing, grill sizzling, folk smiling — exactly the start we wanted.

Massive thanks to everyone who came over for scran and a blether.

Here’s to more events, more special days, and hopefully a wee bit less sky‑water next time.
