The heat in the kitchen has become too much for our team, so we've made the decision to finish food service early.

Due to the exceptionally high temperatures, ongoing staff illness, and our ice cream display unit developing a fault, The Swallow Café will be closing today from 3:00pm.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to serve both food and drinks after this time.

Full Time Waiter / Waitress

The Swallow Café, Dunoon, is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking person to join our team.

Duties will include:

🍽️ Serving customers
☕ Making teas, coffees and other drinks
💳 Taking orders and operating the till
🍰 Preparing and serving cakes and ice creams
🧹 General cleaning and maintaining high standards throughout the café
😊 Providing excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will:

✔️ Have a positive attitude
✔️ Work well as part of a team
✔️ Be reliable and punctual
✔️ Be able to work in a busy café environment
✔️ Have excellent customer service skills

Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as full training can be provided for the right person.
