Thom’s Sunday Slice 🚐

I’ve been craving this one for a while now so we’re bringing it back tomorrow 🤭

Get yourself down from 10am tomorrow to get yourself a slice of Nutella Focaccia!

We’ll be at our usual spot along Alexandra Parade with lots of focaccia slices, sandwiches and sweet treats from 10am-2pm - let’s hope the sun makes an appearance for us for once too ☀️

A little life update from Thom’s 🤎

This July, we’ll be taking our first proper break since starting Thom’s. After a year of 7 day weeks, early mornings and building Thom’s from the ground up, it’s time for a chance to rest, reset and head off on a long-awaited trip (which we booked over a year ago!!) to make some new memories together.

Even though this is super scary, it’s the right time to take a much needed break.

We’ll be taking a wee pause over the summer, from the 1st July and returning mid August - with LOTS of exciting things to come!

Don’t fear though, we still have a couple of Sunday‘s left - so we hope to see you all down for your focaccia fix before we head off 🚐

Thank you for supporting this little business every step of the way. There’s so much more to come, and we can’t wait to share the next chapter with you when we’re back 🤎

Back this Thursday 🚐

We’ve been a little bit quiet on socials the last week as we had a very exciting (but also chaotic and stressful - when isn’t it) house move over the weekend!

It’s been a lot going on behind the scenes but I’m very lucky to have had lots of incredible helpers setting up our new kitchen space, which means we’ll be back open this Thursday from 5pm as usual ✨

Reminder - Closed Tonight + Sunday 🚐

Just a wee reminder for those who missed it that we’re closed tonight!

We’ll also be closed this Sunday, as we’re upgrading to a bigger and better kitchen that won’t be quite ready 🤭 however hopefully we’ll have lots more goodies for you next week instead!

Thank you so much to everyone who braved the weather yesterday, it was a wild one for sure!

In case you missed our last post, we’ll be closed this Thursday 🚐

We hope to be open on Sunday with a limited menu but will confirm later in the week 🤎

Sunday Slice 🤎 Cinnamon Roll 🤎

This week to celebrate Thom’s turning 1 we had to bring back the absolute most requested, Cinnamon Roll Focaccia 🤭

We’ll be along Alexandra Parade as usual from 10am - 2pm 🚐

We’ll have lots of focaccia, sandwiches and sweet treats on the menu and remember all of our profits from our birthday this Sunday will be donated to 🤝🏻

So bring yourself down and grab something yummy, all for a good cause ✨
