Easter’s coming ! These were delicious from the Thermomix Everything Easter collection. I used almond milk and dairy free spread, 20 g fresh yeast instead of dried (add at the start) country grain flour and reduced the sugar a little. Otherwise follow the recipe exactly!

Perfect recipe for those long sunny evenings working in the garden and you can't bear to go inside to cook. Just need the sun back again now !

Risotto is one of the most difficult dishes to get right by hand - chefs have told us that even with all their skill they would have trouble making a risotto...
