☕️🕊️ 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚… 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 🕊️☕️

We’re so excited to officially launch 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 – a brand new Coffee Ark initiative, proudly presented by our very own 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮!

Kara has been part of the Coffee Ark journey from the very beginning, helping to create spaces where great coffee leads to great conversations and stronger communities.
Today, as a fully qualified 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, she is incredibly proud to take the next step in that journey by delivering 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 training to community groups, workplaces, schools and anywhere you’d like us to consider.

Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, our aim is to make this training accessible to as many people as possible, creating confident, compassionate individuals who can recognise when someone may be struggling and know how to offer support.

Our very first 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 session took place today at Sawtry Village Academy, where 12 incredible students completed their Mental Health Essentials training and will now become the school’s 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 Mental Health Ambassadors 💙

This is more than a training course - it’s the start of building stronger, kinder and more connected communities because ‘𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗜𝘀 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝗽 𝗢𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗮’

☕🕊 What a brilliant few days we have had sharing hospitality with brilliant people from across The Diocese of Peterborough at the Bishop's Summer Hospitality in the stunning palace grounds.

And tomorrow the fun continues and we join our friends at Together We Lift and serving up our delicious summer menu from 9-4pm outside One Leisure Sawtry. Come and say hello, we would love to see you.

🌾 ☕️ What a special evening spent amongst the fields, sharing coffee, conversation and community at the farm walk hosted by Roughs Farm for NFU Huntingdon.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped for a chat, a brew and for the generous donations given throughout the evening.
Every conversation shared helps us continue creating welcoming spaces where mental health matters and community connections can grow. 🌱

It was inspiring to stand alongside organisations that truly understand the importance of supporting rural wellbeing, tackling isolation and keeping community at the heart of what they do.

We’re excited to continue to build these rural connections in the future! 🚜
