To all our loyal customers, suppliers, business colleagues, friends from Hartlepool and the surrounding area -

After 18 years of owning and successfully running The York Hotel & Raudin’s Restaurant we have decided to take a well-deserved break from the hospitality trade, so have sold the business and will be moving onto an exciting new chapter in our lives. A new owner is in place who will take over immediately, we wish him the best of luck for the future.

Over the years we have had the pleasure of meeting, hosting and entertaining some truly wonderful customers, many of whom have become close friends. We have always really appreciated our loyal customers and the support we have received from our suppliers, staff and the local community.

Hartlepool will always hold a special place in our hearts, we thank you for your custom and offer you our very best wishes for the future.

It has been an absolute pleasure.

Having been nominated for the Hartlepool Business Awards Tourism & Leisure Business of the Year on two previous occasions we're delighted to be able to announce that we have finally won the award at the third time. We were extremely proud to receive the award at the Business Awards Ceremony held on the 15th May. We are proud to be based within the town and have always done whatever we can to help promote Hartlepool as a leisure and tourism destination and thus take great pride in receiving this award.
