For the purpose of research only (of course) we had a little company outing to the Ellis Wine tasting event in Covent Garden’s Opera House.
We came across this absolutely delightful summery garden spritz made from Argentinian Chandon sparkling wine with extracts of orange peel, herbs and spices. 4 years in the making, it is definitely worth the wait!
Served on tons of ice with rosemary and orange , it is a drink that is just perfect for sipping on a hot summery day sitting outside Webbe’s Rock-a-Nore.

It is a beautiful, sunny bank holiday weekend - Hooray 😁 and down in Hastings old town it is already buzzing. Come and join us at Webbes and sample some of the freshest fish from the local catch. You might even get lucky with an outside table...... you never know 😊
