🌟👨🍳✨ High-End Hen Do Dining — What a Gorgeous Evening! ✨🌟👨🍳

I’m finally getting round to posting this beautiful hen do private dining evening from last month, and honestly… what a lovely one it was! 👰♀️🥂✨
I had the absolute pleasure of cooking for Emily and her guests in Guilden Sutton, and they were such a warm, fun and welcoming group from start to finish 😊
The evening had everything I love about private dining — lovely people, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful food, plenty of laughter and that special “everyone around the table” feeling 👨🍳✨
The menu was a high-end Mediterranean-inspired hen do dinner, including:
🍞 Warm rosemary focaccia & Mediterranean dipping board
Creamy whipped feta, basil pesto oil and aged balsamic with extra virgin olive oil.
🍓 Baked burrata with balsamic strawberries, Parma ham, sourdough and basil pesto
Rich, creamy, fresh and full of flavour.
🐟 Pan-seared sea bass
Served with crushed lemon and basil new potatoes, roasted cherry tomatoes, capers, olives and a light white wine, garlic and herb sauce.
🍰 Classic tiramisu with pistachio cream. A rich, creamy finish to the evening.😋
And the extra special part… we finished with a little tiramisu class for the bride 👰♀️🍰✨ Such a lovely touch and a really fun way to end the meal!
A huge thank you to Emily and all the guests for being so amazing — it was an absolute pleasure cooking for you all, and I’m so grateful to have been part of such a special celebration 💗
