The Yummy Yank Baker of all kinds of American desserts from Red Velvet Cake to New York Cheesecake to Pecan Pie bars and anything you can imagine! I am not a cake decorator!

I am an American living in the UK since 1997. I am passionate about many things, but have taken my passion of food from a hobby to a profession 16 years ago. The Yummy Yank is my business dedicated to the baking of homemade American desserts, doing festivals (when able) up and down the country. See you all tomorrow for the last day of GWCT Scottish Game Fair VISIT SCONE PALACE, Perth Scotland from 9-5. You’ll find us in the food hall! And flavoursofyorkshire1 from 10-4 at Galtres Park (formerly Pickering Showground) in Pickering, North Yorkshire.

Our bakes are like fireworks (an explosion) of flavours in your mouth.
