My Shipton Mill organic flour experiments. My scoring technique needs some work, but these flours were an absolute dream to work with. They handled beautifully from start to finish 😍 I won't use supermarket flour ever again and I can't wait to open my big sack of Canadian bread flour. Organic white stone ground loaves coming to JB's Home Kitchen soon.

My good friend is 10x better than me at photographing my sourdough items. This is one of my newest scones- Orange and cardamom. He's topped it with Clotted cream and Oxford coarse cut marmalade. It looks delicious 😋
