Since 2014, we have crafted gelato and sorbetto from 100% natural ingredients, with a focus on local and seasonal produce. Milk from Vine Farm Dairy in Great Dalby is the starting point for all of our gelato. Slow Food Supporters, we believe in providing food that is Good, Clean and Fair. Our ingredients are sourced ethically and sustainably and we make sure producers are paid fairly for them. We

are single use plastic free, so all of our consumables are biodegradable and compostable. Enjoy a freshly made waffle on our sunny terrace, or perhaps a traditional affogato at our comfortable indoor seating. We make the best Italian coffee in town, including 20+ hour cold brew and the Bicerin, a coffee drink from our home region of Piedmont. Our hot chocolate is so rich and thick that it has to be tasted to be believed. We have won a wide range of international, national and regional awards for the quality of our gelato. Come in and try a free taste! Whatever size of cup or cone you buy, you can enjoy up to three flavours – so it's easy to choose your next treat.

CREMOLATO is the gourmet version of Granita.
Made with a higher amount of fruit, nuts or chocolate delivers a more intense flavour, frozen into very fine crystals, extremely refreshing with a smooth texture.
It is served with a dollop of freshly whipped cream (optional for those that prefer to enjoy it dairy free).

Made in small batches (once it's gone, it's gone until a fresh one is made), available at the St.Martins gelateria ONLY.

The hospitality sector is facing huge challenges.
We believe that our cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and indeed Gelaterias (especially the small, independent ones) bring communities together and keep the high streets alive.
Right now you, the customers, pay the highest VAT in Europe: 20% extra in VAT.
In France, Spain and Italy, it's 10%. In Germany 7%.
