Message to all my lovely customers:

As we approach the end of season at House of Binns, our vintage coffee van will open this Thursday and Friday.

Belle will then go to a warm bed for the cold months, and we hope to return to this beautiful site when the house reopens next year.

I would like to give a special thank you to visitors for their continued support and custom. Sincerely, you have not only helped our wee business get off on the right foot, you give us truly joyful experiences that we look back on with a beaming smile. And, with your support, we are likely to return to the site when the house reopens in March 2026.

I would also like to thank the very talented and kind Chimene and Helen of the Binns NTS, as well as the Dalyell family, who have helped support the coffee shop in so many ways.

Open Thursday 30th October and Friday 31st October until 11am-approx 3pm.

Hope to see regulars and new customers then 😍
