We're putting the finishing touches on everything for our Afternoon Tea Academy holiday camp, and we can't wait to welcome our young bakers into the kitchen!

Over three delicious days, they'll master some truly iconic bakes:

🫖 Tuesday: Homemade Rhubarb Scones served with fresh Clotted Cream
🍊 Wednesday: An Ottolenghi-inspired Rosemary, Olive Oil & Orange Bundt Cake, beautifully decorated with crystallised rosemary sprigs
🍰 Thursday: Delicate Fondant Fancies made completely from scratch

From measuring and mixing to decorating and presentation, every day is packed with hands-on baking, new skills, confidence-building and plenty of fun.

On the third and final day of our upcoming Summer Camp, taking place 28th-30th July, our star bakers will create their very own elegant Fondant Fancies, learning a variety of baking and decorating techniques along the way🧁

The theme for our upcoming camp will be ✨Afternoon Tea Academy✨. Each day of our camp explores a different part of the classic afternoon tea experience! 🍰🫖🌷

Join us for all three days to create the ultimate afternoon tea menu, or book individual days, as each session is a fun, standalone experience.

We're excited to launch our brand-new Summer Workshops in partnership with Mathnasium Richmond!

It’s our last week of after-school baking clubs before schools break for the summer, and we are very excited to make these delicious cherry pies in honour of ! 🍒

Bakers will fill golden pastry cases with a sweet cherry filling and decorate the top with pastry hearts. These individual pies are packed with fruity flavour and make the perfect summer treat! 🌞

Happy Monday! We hope you’re enjoying the slightly cooler temperature today…

This week our bakers are making delicious fruit and seed breads! These nutritious and flavourful bakes are packed with cranberries, raisins, desiccated coconut and sunflower seeds and are a great way for children to explore different textures and ingredients while practising key baking skills!

It was a scorcher this week! 🔥

For those bakers that made it to our sessions (we missed those who couldn’t attend!) you did a wonderful job making your delicious strawberry trifles 🍓

Using the layering technique, bakers used cake, cream, jelly, custard and fresh strawberries to build their desserts. They all looked so refreshing! Well done everybody!

It’s going to be a scorcher this week! 🌞🕶️ What better way to cool down than with a delicious pot of refreshing strawberry trifle? 🍓

This week our bakers are making individual strawberry trifles inspired by the famous strawberries enjoyed during Wimbledon 🎾.

The children will build their own dessert by layering vanilla sponge, strawberries, jelly, custard, and whipped cream in clear pots. They will finish by decorating their yummy pots with freeze-dried strawberry pieces! YUM.
