Looking forward to seeing everyone at Lynmouth Holiday Retreat on Monday 6th from 17:00 until 20:00 or sold out. This weeks veg option is a smoked black olive and lentil burger served in home made bun. We also have a special of smoked beef short rib (Supplied by the brilliant Besshill Farm Shop topped with a home made chimichurri served on a freshly picked rocket salad for £9.00

just finished pulling a overnight smoked lamb shoulder. such a simple cook. lemon juice, garlic oil, rosemary and thyme. Smoked all night at 120 until 6.30 this morning where we pulled it to rest before shredding before serving
