When the The Cheese Girl asks for a birthday cake how could I say no?!

Black cherry compote, fresh cream and almond sponge was a winner!!

I can't tell you how proud I am of her and how much I love her cheese boards!! There's nothing like a good friend except a good friend with cheese! Especially black sticks blue 😂😂😂

A lovely afternoon tea for 4, delivered to St Annes Beach Huts this morning.

The sandwich fillings were salmon with dill cream cheese, tuna with lemon mayonnaise, traditional egg and cress, cheddar with a farm house chutney. All made fresh this morning on Tigger bread, brown sourdough and traditional brown bread with real butter. They were that big they had their own box ❤

Sweet treats were fruit and plain scones, mars brownies and salted caramel cupcakes. The treat pots were millionaire's shortbread, cherry bakewell, strawberry meringue and chocolate dream ❤

You can't have scones with clotted cream and jam (strawberry and blackcurrant). Plus Seabrook's crisps for sitting by the seaside ❤

Absolutely beautiful weather for sitting by the sea and enjoying the beautiful view.
