Today, the health officer conducted a surprise inspection, arriving without our knowledge! And they checked the backyard very carefully to see if there were any rats. Yes, someone complained that there were rats outside our building.We are very grateful for the officer's thoroughness, examining every corner, crevices, refrigerator, water source, and food storage containers. They inquired in detail about each cleaning step, the temperature and time for storing food, and checked whether the food contained allergens, comparing each raw material with its corresponding allergen. They also inspected our staff's understanding of food safety. The entire process lasted nearly two hours. We are very grateful to the health officer for pointing out our shortcomings; we will carefully improve and do better .We've received a perfect score of 5 for two consecutive times.We are truly delighted and it gives us even more confidence.However, the inspection today extended into our business hours, affecting the speed of food preparation and resulting in several complaints about delayed delivery times. We sincerely apologize for this.
