Here's a gorgeous vegan and gluten-free cake I recently made! 🌱✨
It has a Snickers-inspired filling and weighs 4 kg.
Making vegan cakes is much more challenging than making traditional ones. Vegan ingredients behave completely differently. Even plant-based cream, made entirely from vegan ingredients, works very differently from dairy cream. The same goes for cream cheese, butter and chocolate. On top of that, I want every vegan cake to be just as delicious and just as beautiful as a traditional one.
I think I absolutely rose to the challenge! 💚
