Reuben has created a fresh batch of our delicious pork scotch eggs 🙌

There's plenty for you to grab to enjoy today and over the weekend ☺️

Our in-house made scotch eggs contain organic free-range eggs, pork, our special seasoning blend and breadcrumbs from Rosa’s Bakery. They're deep-fried in beef tallow. 👌

You can enjoy these hot or cold. To heat, place in a hot oven for around 10 minutes at 180°C.

No added nitrates/nitrites. No nasties. No refined seed oils. Just proper real tasty stuff.

We aim for the yolks to be runny 😋

Gilchesters' flour is free from any additives, fortification or enhancers and yes, that also means no folic acid 💃

We have it available right here for you to use at home 🎉

Gilchesters are a traditional stone milling family business providing a range of fine flours and grains from a variety of organic, heritage, and ancient grains for over 17 years. Their partnership with our family businesses means so much.

We'll continue to have Shipton Mill's wholemeal wheat and spelt flours available too 😊

By customer request, we're delighted to be able to offer free-range Geese for Christmas. An luxurious alternative to turkey 🪿

Raised on family farms in Otter Valley, Devon, these geese graze outside every morning in large grassland paddocks from dawn until dusk.

All the geese are prepared on the farm ready for the oven. They are dry plucked & hung for 7-10 days in the cold rooms to help the meat mature. They are then packed with the giblets ready for delivery.
