😢 Sad news…
… unfortunately our time on Chilli Road has come to an end. Don’t worry this isn’t the end of Parm-O-Rama and you’ll still be able to get your proper parmo fix from the Parmo Wagon! (And who knows what the future may hold! 🫣)
It’s been a tough lesson opening up our first bricks and mortar place during a cost of living crisis with energy bills soaring, vat, employer tax rises, not to mention the costs of ingredients going through the roof (literally over 100% increases in some cases!). But if you don’t try you’ll never know and you only regret the chances you didn’t take right?! I’ve had a few health issues this last 12months and we’ve recently found out baby no2 is on the way so it seems like the right time to step aside and let another independent shine in Heaton!
I’d just like to thank all the hardworking staff both past and present for all their efforts in to making this “Smoggies” dream come true. What a ride! Huge thanks for everyone’s support in Heaton the last few years, it’s been great to meet so many amazing people whether regulars or just someone who’s made the trek to pop their parmo virginity!
Hope to catch you at an event soon and keep your eyes peeled for any forthcoming exciting news which may come our way 👀
