Quick fix: Keep your jug a bit higher at the end so the spout doesn't drag through the crema. Can you see where I went wrong here?

One for one the visual learners out there 🌞

we train lots of baristas and often hear that they wish the milk jug was glass so they could see what was happening inside. here's some step by step milk steaming visuals to help with that. the end of the steam wand never wants to hit the bottom of the jug. just follow these three steps, keep your jug straight and use the spout as a guide, then all you need to do is move the jug up & down. keep it simple.
then there's a drawing of the angles you'll want your jug and cup to be at. we like to think of them on a date 🌹 they meet, they flirt and lean in towards each other, then they get right in there! oi oi. keep the jug a little higher for your first pour so that the milk cuts through your crema and leaves it intact, then get your spout LOW and the backside of the jug up so all the thicker milk for your latte art can slink it's way out. lovely.

Giving the Barista's out there a fun challenge - 3 glasses, 1 jug size, 3 ratio's of microfoam 🏆✨

I'm using chocolate sauce made with Cadburys powder that I premix with water. Draw the lines on your glasses 🚨please make sure they're strengthened glass 🚨 and see where your texturing levels are at!
