We're proud to be supporting Tom Kerridge's 'VAT's the Problem' campaign.

The UK's 20% hospitality VAT rate is the second highest in Europe and it's hitting hotels, restaurants, pubs and cafés hard.

A fairer rate would mean more jobs, more venues staying open and a stronger future for hospitality.

This week's seasonal set lunch is here, three courses for just £25.

Start with a Jersey Royal & pea soup, topped with crispy onions. Follow with a smoked haddock & leek tart, cheese sablé and poached haddock in a thermidor sauce. End on a high with rhubarb crumble and vanilla ice cream.

This week's seasonal set lunch is a celebration of the sea.

To start, we have an epic little dish of Cornish mussels served in a rich mussel velouté over a freshly grilled flatbread, topped with herbs foraged from the headland and wild garlic flowers.

For main, fillet of sea bream served with potato fritters, tartare velouté and batter scraps.

Dessert is a Cherry Bakewell tart, baked Alaska. To break it down, a Bakewell tart, topped with a cherry parfait, smothered in Italian meringue then flashed through a hot oven.

All three courses for £25. Monday - Saturday at RenMor.
