A lovely Interaction

Yesterday we had 2 lovely ladies walk Into the shop and order a range of starters. Some of which are Mixed platter for 2, Meat Samosa and Onion bhaji. As it started to rain they asked if they could eat inside. As they were eating they started to praise the food as ' So fresh', 'It tastes home cooked. They asked how do you make these starters. And the honest answer is my beautiful mother makes all our starters at home, along with fillings and our special spice mix. Our dishes gives a home cooked vibe because they are prepared exactly the way we would eat home. And that's something I will never change about Ishys Kitchen. I will never commercialise the preparation of our dishes. I pray to God he protects my beautiful mother who is the backbone of Ishys Kitchen.
