Really looking forward to this one as it’s the first time we’ve had Waterfront playing at the pub, and we’ve heard nothing but good things about them.

🎶 Tonight at The Trimmers Arms! 🎶

We’ve been looking forward to this one! Acoustic Keys are with us this Saturday night, live from 9pm.

They’ll be playing all the classics from bands and artists including Oasis, The Beatles, Squeeze, Paul Weller, Ocean Colour Scene, Crowded House, The Verve, David Bowie and plenty more.

If you’re after a great Saturday night with quality live music, a few drinks and the usual Trimmers atmosphere, come and join us.

What a cracking night of poker again at The Trimmers Arms! ♠️♥️♣️♦️

A huge congratulations to Andy, who took down last night’s game! 🏆👏

This one was special to watch. Andy had never played live poker until he joined the Poker Club two years ago, and last night all the time, patience and experience paid off.

He had to earn it too, facing Paul heads up in the final. It was a great battle, and fair play to Andy for getting the job done.

One of the lads summed it up perfectly:

“Stick at it if you’re new. Watch how people play, read the table, and you’ll be surprised how much information is right in front of you.”

That’s exactly what our poker nights are all about. Whether you’re an experienced player or you’ve never played a hand before, everyone is welcome. Our dealers are brilliant and will happily help guide you through the game, so don’t be put off if you’re new.

Congratulations again, Andy! 🏆

Now the question is… can Andy make it back-to-back, or will the King, Sean Harmon, return next Thursday to reclaim his crown? 👑♠️

He’s only gone and done it again… back-to-back Poker Night Champion! 🃏💰
