You might have looked and thought wow that's a pasta that's no Japanese 🤔
Wrong - this is Tarako pasta, cooked and spiced cod roe pasta. Very Japanese, very JDM. 🇯🇵 Distinctively finished in a creamy sauce and gives a slight pink colour to the dish.

To add extra flavour tonight I have paired it with salmon, Pak choi, shiitake mushroom and topped with trout roe 🧑‍🍳 truly a luxury seafood pasta 🐟

Available on our private dining course meal as upgradable option 🍴🤩
