This was a cake of two halves 💕💕
A lovely quirky birthday cake yesterday , to celebrate Turning 30 💕💕
“RIP Twenties - Hello thirty”

Cake consists of a “Madagascan Vanilla sponge & Vanilla buttercream with a strawberry compote , with a fondant wrap finished with hand piped flowers and an image made using Royal icing stencilled to the rear”💕💕

I have had a lovely couple of months off , my family and I have all had a fantastic Christmas and start to the New year , we have also all been to Greece to visit our eldest son (who lives there now) , I am back and on my way to my first party venue of the year to deliver and set up a cake & cupcakes , and what a way to start back with an extraordinary stunning cake build.

Cheeky late order placed by DK Homesupport for one of their clients birthday’s.
9pm last night I was asked if I could make some Lindt Cupcakes for delivery/ collection in the morning , Shy bairns get nowt I guess 🤣🤣

Back from a lovely holiday , had a fab time with my two princesses 💕 was also lovely too have Our son Luke and his Girlfriend with us on this holiday 💕
Anyway holiday is over and it’s Straight back to it as you do 💕💕

Huge Happy Birthday to Hallie , I hope you had an amazing party today.

Ordered by her Mum Sarah , Hallie’s request for a birthday cake was an Italian Brainrot themed cake. Loved making this one as it was a different theme/ request from the usual children’s themes I do alot off 💕

Cake was a five layer Vanilla Sponge with a Madagascan Vanilla Buttercream and a Strawberry Compote filling 💕💕

Huge happy 21st Birthday to Sam 💕💕

Another fab football themed cake went out yesterday delivered direct to the customers door in its lovely presentation box as a Delicious surprise for Sam 💕 Cake was ordered by Helen to celebrate Sam’s 21st 💕

I have got some feedback Sam loved his Cake and it tasted Delicious , I always say Cakes are made to be ate , and should never look better than they taste , I pride myself on the fact my cakes are never style over substance 💕💕

My diary for celebration cakes and wedding cakes is open for 2026 and 2027 , however please be aware my slots for 2026 are filling fast I am already fully booked for February 2026 , fully booked for the first 2 weeks of March 2026 and fully booked for the whole of August 2026.

As always I am incredibly grateful for everyone that orders and continues to choose myself to make cakes for your celebration events.

I have Had the most amazing Two weeks in glorious sunshine , in a fantastic hotel, with my two
Princesses , I have really enjoyed the quality family time together, just doing random family stuff and eating great food and cakes , spending time with my amazing wife, watching our daughter Millie dance (lots of dancing💕) with the confidence she has, smiling and laughing , enjoying herself whilst doing the simplest of things , has really made this holiday so worth while 💕

In addition to this we have met some great people and made some great new friends 💕💕

We all didn’t want to come home , and we were genuinely sad to be back at the airport heading home, but after quite a delay due to French Air Traffic control strikes , and just a little over 4 hours of flight time I am back and our holiday is officially over ❤️

I have quite a few emails and enquiries about cakes to get through , I thank you for your patience and rest assured I am working my way through them and I will get back to you 💕💕

What do cake makers do when they want to escape the relentless heat of the day ?

We Find a quaint little coffee shop with air con, daily fresh handmade baked goodies that also serves the most exquisite coffee 💕💕

Weather is absolutely gorgeous , very hot but absolutely gorgeous , it’s predicted to be even hotter tomorrow so I reckon I might pop back tomorrow afternoon for a break too , it’s a hard life 🤣💕💕
