Tonight I cooked one of our all-time favourite meals... beef escalopes in breadcrumbs, creamy mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and my Nonna's top-secret sauce. ❤️

I used to make this for us when we were kids, and you've always said it's your favourite meal of all time. Judging by the fact you practically licked the pan clean tonight, I'd say it still is! 😂

We've been through so much over the last 28 years—the highs, the lows, the laughter, the tears—but no matter what life has thrown at us, we've always been there for each other.

I feel so lucky and privileged to still have you and Emi-Rose in our lives. We love you both more than you'll ever know. Here's to another 28 years of friendship, laughter, and me cooking your favourite meal whenever you fancy it. ❤️🍽️

Absolutely gutted I haven't done these for everyone tonight for England playing. I thought I wanted a rest . 🤣 It has given me my passion back for Pizza and I have forgotten where it all began at ' The Mental Chef'

Tonight has made me realise I really need to do pizza' again . Especially with Theo wanting to help me (precious moments) .
These were made in my normal oven and to be honest I prefer them to my pizza oven. They're a more crisp base and more Roman style. Missed 30 minutes of the match because I was sweating my t**s off in the Kitchen. 🤣 When will I learn? Probably never....
