We have reduced the price of our burgers and hotdogs to £5 as we are all still feeling the strain of this current lockdown. Hopefully this will be the last one!

Given the current lockdown and the severely reduced demand we are currently facing as a seeming consequence of it (hopefully), we have decided to reduce our opening for the foreseeable future.

As we do some charitable food preparation and distribution for some young care leavers and the elderly on Monday and Tuesday, we have decided that it is best to devote more of our energy to this to remain closed on a Tuesday in order to devote more time to that.

In addition, as we seem to have no demand for any food before at least 9am, we have decided to open at 9 rather than 8.

We hope to revert back to more time being open at a later, more favourable date.

The Hunter - Locally venison slow cooked with vegetables, Brown ale, ginger biscuits and a touch of malt vinegar to give a rich savoury pie with a lovely suitable warm sweet sour hint.
Sussex Smokie - Traditional smoked haddock from Grimsby in a mature Cheddar, leek and chive sauce. Made with lard free pastry
Prince of Pumpkins - Roasted Crown prince pumpkin and chestnuts with sweet red onions, North African spices and vegan Feta. Vegan
