Chef Nico 很喜歡火山、熔岩、炭石的意境，因此他的每一份菜單總會設計一道全黑色的菜式來詮釋。

大廚加入墨魚汁製成全黑的薯仔丸子及意大利綿羊芝士烤茄子醬，此外，他亦把茄子醬舖成一片薄薄的，再烤焦成茄子紙，最後灑上迷迭香粉，讓這道菜式形成一個煙火灰燼漫天的火山意境。

作為MOTD載譽回歸的首回晚宴，主理人誠邀從事餐飲業近二十年經驗，遊走於世界各地餐廳廚房，雲集多國烹調技巧的Chef Nico Gellon擔任是次期間限定駐場大廚，於9月23日至10月9日期間一連三個週末，將舉辦合共七場限12座預約的以瑰麗寶石為主題的私人盛宴 ── Autumn Nomad Menu!

Chef Nico Gellon ( ) 是位富遠見、具創意，喜歡周遊列國的無根*大廚。生於阿根廷並於愛爾蘭長大的 Chef Nico 從12歲開始已經走進廚房以幫補家計，短短數年間便自覺對烹飪有著濃厚興趣。離開家鄉都柏林後，他遊走於葡萄牙、西班牙、荷蘭、瑞士、法國、意大利等的餐廳和農莊，從各國的餐廳廚房學習不同地方的烹調技巧及經驗，熱愛創作、鑽研新菜式，不斷尋求突破，讓他由心地創造屬於他的原創菜式。

In light of the Mid-Autumn Festival, is partnering with , a Hong Kong-based bakery in launching a bespoke mooncake gift box. The mooncake gift box comes in 2 different flavors: MoonYuet has specially created an unique flavour using Martell Noblige - the Martell Special and a traditional lotus pastes with salted egg yolk flavour. The tender pastry skin envelops the silky, sweet lotus seed paste with the mixture of Martell Noblige molten chocolate and popping candy in the center giving you that tingling sensation. The cognac awakens the palate and teases the nutty molten chocolate taste.

As a tradition of the Mid-Autumn Festival, guessing lantern riddles is as important as eating mooncakes on the day.
