Using locally sourced fresh sea bass, with a rare size of 2-3kg that is less commonly found in the market🐟. Prepared with ingredients and cooking techniques from the south of France, accompanied by homemade rich cherry tomato sauce and herb sauce🍅, the sea bass fillet is baked with olive oil and topped with crispy Mediterranean salted fish breadcrumbs, offering a tender and smooth texture with an explosion of fish oil flavours upon each bite😋.
