was co-founded by two coffee enthusiasts with a primary aim to supply freshly roasted coffee beans from carefully picked origins. coffee beans and coffee drip bags are well perceived by home baristas who pursue quality home brewed coffee, as well as cafés and restaurants serving high quality coffee. On top of supplying coffee beans, U.C.R. has expertise in mobile coffee services, including event driven coffee catering, such as corporate events, farmers' markets or private events.

有時候，滑著社交媒體上那些精緻得無可挑剔的濾鏡照片，心裡會不會也悄悄感到有一點點疲累？

這個五月，我們很開心能參與由香港情緒健康學會主辦、FUJIFILM instax 冠名贊助的「SELF:ME」合作企劃。想邀請你，試著放下那些完美的標準與網絡審美的壓力，重新擁抱「真實的你，足夠的美」。🫂

我們一直相信，咖啡店不只是一個品嚐咖啡的地方，更是一個讓心靈靜下來、與自己對話的樹洞。這陣子來到 UCR 將軍澳店用個餐，不妨玩玩店裡的即影即有相機，記錄那一刻最自然、未經修飾的陽光與笑容。只要完成問卷，再將即影即有相片上傳至指定連結（會作為支持青少年精神健康宣傳之用），就可以把這張最真切的小回憶直接帶回家。

We’ve streamlined our portions to ensure you experience every bean at its peak. By shifting to smaller bags, you can enjoy your coffee while the aroma is at its most vibrant, ensuring every cup is incredibly fresh.

Say goodbye to the pressure of storing large bags! These smaller portions not only lock in freshness but also make it much easier to hit that perfect ”resting period“ for each roast. 從品牌創立初期至今，我們的咖啡豆罐已經陪伴大家在咖啡架上走過超過 10 年。它收藏過無數產區的迷人香氣，也承載了我們對風味不變的執著。

今天，我們決定告別過去的包裝，迎接全新的蛻變。☕️✨

為了讓大家能品嚐到更多不同風味的咖啡，我們將包裝份量全面升級：原本的 200g 與 100g，調整為 100g 與 50g。我們精選的微批次咖啡將以 100g 包裝發售，而競賽級別（如 Geisha）則以 50g 包裝推出。Espresso 咖啡豆系列則會繼續以 200g 包裝出售。同樣的價錢，現在可以一次擁有兩個不同產區的風味，更靈活地混搭、探索你喜愛的口感組合。

Since the very beginning of Urban Coffee Roaster, our signature coffee tins have stood on your shelves for over 10 years, quietly collecting aromas from countless origins and carrying our unwavering commitment to exceptional flavor.

Today, we’re saying goodbye to the old and embracing a brand new chapter. ☕️✨

To let you explore even more coffees, we’ve refreshed our packaging sizes: from the previous 200g and 100g to the new 100g and 50g. Our carefully selected microlots will come in 100g bags, while competition grade coffees like Geisha will be offered in the new 50g size. The Espresso bean series will continue to be available in 200g packaging. Now you can enjoy two different origins at the same price, making it easier than ever to mix, match, and create your own perfect cup.

Additionally, until June 30th, we will continue our long running “Old Tin Recycling Program”: bring your old tins back to our stores when purchasing beans and enjoy a $10 discount. This program has been running for many years during our tin packaging era. As we fully transition to the new sealed bags, the program will be paused after June 30th.
