Meet the beed brisket burger. 🍔

Our head chef has taken premium beef brisket and slow-cooked it for a whopping 36 hours until melt-in-your-mouth tender, infusing it with a rich, smoky BBQ flavour. It’s stacked high with crunchy coleslaw, chipotle mayo, melted American cheddar, and a kick of jalapeño for the perfect balance. And of course, it comes with a side of golden chips (HK$208).
