We have an experimental limited edition cold brew that tastes like ripe melon🍈.

One of the reasons for such a unique flavour is from the double fermentation applied before and after pulp removal from the coffee cherries.

If you're feeling adventurous, it's available at the Regent Store in Tai Peng Village on Lamma Island until stock lasts.

Roasting and baking are kindred spirits. Baking, though, was my true gateway into the world of cooking with hot air or convection — a quiet art of patience, scent, and transformation. The highest compliment is when someone says, “This reminds me of Mrs. Fields.." - a childhood cookie standard.

Nanobatch roasting of coffee beans grown . The chatting or leaf rustling has made us miss the first crack entirely. Soft snapping sounds akin to Rice Krispies first soaked in milk couple with the dense white smoke signifies the second crack at which we ended the roast.
