After a two-year break, Oktoberfest 2022 in Munich, Germany is Back! from Saturday, September 17 to Sunday, October 03.
Oktoberfest began as the marriage ceremony between Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese on October 12, 1810. All of the townspeople were invited to attend the festival in the fields outside of the city gates. The party was such a hit that the townspeople asked King Ludwig to continue the celebration the following year, and many years after.

Linguine con le Vongole means linguine with tiny baby clams in the shell, no more than the size of a thumbnail with white wine. A popular dish throughout Italy, especially in Campania and, also, a part of traditional Neapolitan cuisine.
Chef Stefano.T prepares this Italian dish traditionally. The bivalves are cooked quickly in hot olive oil with plenty of garlic added. The live clams open during cooking, releasing a liquid that serves as the primary flavoring agent. The clams are then added to the linguine, along with salt, black pepper, a splash of white wine and a handful of finely chopped parsley.

Linguine con le Vongole, 一道係意大利熱受歡迎啲意大利貝殼小蛤蜊扁麵菜, 特別係坎帕尼亞, 亦都係拿坡利傳統美食之一.
