Available for set brunch as well as for à la carte, the al dente spaghetti is generously tossed in a rich, silky sauce made with crispy Roman guanciale and freshly cracked black pepper, then crowned with a perfectly fried sunny-side-up egg whose golden yolk breaks and cascades over the pasta like liquid gold. 招牌早餐卡邦尼意粉用彈牙意大利麵拌以羅馬風乾豬頰肉及黑胡椒，最後蓋上一隻煎得軟滑流心的太陽蛋。當金黃蛋黃緩緩流出，與濃郁的 guanciale 油脂和黑胡椒融合，帶來層次豐富的鹹香口感，讓人一吃就停不下來，充分感受到意大利阿姨的熱情烹調方式。

Pillowy ricotta + spinach ravioli, swimming in a bright tomato and basil sauce that’s fresh, herby, and ridiculously comforting. It’s the kind of dish that looks innocent… then disappears fast.

If you’re in a “feed me properly” mood, go straight for the Striploin Tagliata. Perfectly sliced striploin, finished with punchy salsa verde, plus roast potatoes scented with rosemary on the side. It’s bold, juicy, and ridiculously satisfying—simple ingredients, big energy.

以簡單經典的方式呈現濃厚牛肉風味。牛扒香烤至多汁嫩滑的五成熟，然後切成厚薄適中的牛肉片，外層帶著香烤焦香，裡面依然嫩粉多汁。配上清新香草風味的 Salsa Verde，為油香豐富的牛肉帶來恰到好處的平衡，再加上香脆烤馬鈴薯和迷迭香的幽香，材料簡單但惹味無比，可以分享…亦可以唔分享，冇人會怪你。
