Discover the flavors of Istria in a hands-on culinary workshop led by two passionate chefs at the beautiful Histria Aromatica estate.
Learn how to prepare traditional meat dishes, homemade bread or focaccia, pasta, cookies and desserts – and enjoy every bite in a setting that celebrates authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

Instructors:
Nikolina – one of the world’s top film script supervisors with 64 Emmy-winning projects, and now the head chef and manager of Histria Aromatica during the summer.

Helena – journalist, cookbook author, food & travel blogger and founder of food and travel portal Okusi - Taste The World, yoga teacher.

Last weekend, we had the privilege of hosting over 120 members of the Ferrari Club Austria. With more than 70 impressive cars on display, it was a day to remember. A sincere thank you to all who joined us and made the event a success. We look forward to future gatherings.
