Some starters go fast once they hit the table. 🥟

Our dumplings joined the menu with our menu relaunch last summer, and have been a guest favorite ever since. Hand-rolled by our kitchen team, they’re also a little nod to our own roots - after more than a decade living in China, our love (and cravings) for dumplings run pretty deep.

Choose from tofu & veggie or prawn & pork, both served with chili oil, spring onion, and soy dipping sauce.

Sometimes you just want something you can pick up, that will fill you up. Tap in our Chicken Pesto Toastie - herby organic chicken, basil pesto, roasted peppers, cabbage, melty emmental & cheddar on rye sourdough.

Add hand cut fries if you're in that kind of mood. On the menu day and night at roots.

Our shoots are all about what we’re most proud of: the food we serve you every day.

And they feel a lot like us: a little all over the place, passionate about the details, powered by hunger, and always open to trying something new.

Grateful for teammates who can help us pull it all off, in the kitchen and behind the camera.

13 proteins to choose from, from plant-based through to meat and seafood. 20 fresh and roasted vegetables, so no two bowls ever look the same.

10 flavor boosts and 8 house-made dressings - to finish your bowl the way you like it. Full macro counts on the menu, because we know transparency matters to many of our guests.

A bowl full of color and fresh flavor - rice noodles, edamame, carrot, cabbage, coriander, spiced cashews, all tossed in a spicy homemade peanut dressing. Topped with a spiced tofu skewer.
