We invite you to an exquisite culinary evening celebrating the close of the white truffle season and the peak of the winter black truffle harvest.

Our five-course tasting menu, curated by our chef, is designed to highlight the pure essence and character of each exceptional truffle variety featured this evening.

Stars of the Night — imported from Umbria, Italy, the world’s most celebrated truffle region:

• Tuber Magnatum Pico — the precious white truffle, the most valuable mushroom on Earth

• Tuber Melanosporum — the king of black truffles, known for its rich, deep, and unforgettable flavor

TRUFFLE NIGHT at SATOSHI Restaurant x Music Library

SATOSHI presents its signature Truffle Night, dedicated to the official start of the white truffle season.

This four-course menu, crafted by Satoshi’s brand chef Igor Grishechkin, offers a deep gastronomic journey into the unforgettable taste and aroma of the finest truffles. The grand finale of the gastronomic overture will be a special dessert featuring white truffle.

As an extra attraction we offer an Italian-style truffle fair experience. Each guest will be able to browse, select, purchase, and take home the best truffles in the world.

The event is organized in partnership with Truffle Gourmet, Bali and Jakarta’s leading truffle supplier.
