Sun is out! Lets grab some ice! Which tea to choose for iced tea?

For iced tea, you want teas that still taste good when cold, like fresh, fruity, smooth, or naturally sweet.

Fruit teas 🍓🍍🥭🍑🍋
Probably the easiest choice. They are naturally bright and refreshing, especially blends with berries, apple, hibiscus, peach, mango, passion fruit, lemon, or strawberry. They also look beautiful when served with ice and fruit.

Green tea 🍵
Lovely if you want something lighter and not too sweet. Sencha, jasmine green tea, mint green tea, or green tea with berries work really well. Just don’t over-brew it, or it can become bitter.

Black tea 🌱🌱🌱
Classic iced tea. Good with lemon, peach, orange, honey, or mint. It gives a stronger, more “proper tea” taste, so it’s great for people who don’t want something too fruity.

Herbal teas 🫖
Perfect for caffeine-free iced tea. Mint, chamomile blends, rooibos, hibiscus, lemongrass, or berry herbal blends are very refreshing cold.

Rooibos 🍊🍋🍒
Very good iced because it’s naturally smooth, slightly sweet, and doesn’t go bitter easily. Nice with orange, vanilla, berries, or lemon.

I don’t think tea has to be complicated.
Sometimes it’s just about putting the kettle on, choosing a flavour that matches your mood, and taking a few minutes to slow down.

That’s what I love about loose leaf tea - the smell, the colours, the little ritual of making it. It turns a normal moment into something a bit softer.

So today is a good excuse to make your favourite cup and actually enjoy it 💚

Happy International Tea Day 🥰

In Ireland, we’re not always lucky with the weather… but when those dry, sunny moments finally arrive, they feel like a little part of your wellness routine.

A warm cup, fresh air, and a few quiet minutes outside, sometimes that’s all you need 💚

Inspired by balance, harmony and those little moments when you just need to slow down.

Why choose Sencha?

Sencha is a beautiful everyday green tea - fresh, light, and naturally energising. It has a clean, slightly grassy flavour with a soft sweetness, making it perfect for mornings, afternoons, or whenever you want a little moment of calm without feeling too heavy.

The secret for best taste, don’t use boiling water 🤗

Brew it with water around 70–80°C for 2–3 minutes so it stays smooth and not bitter.

ICED COFFEE RECIPE simple, creamy and no syrups needed ☕️🧊

I love iced coffee, but I don’t really like adding flavoured syrups, so this is my softer, more natural version:

• Start with 2 shots of espresso. Feel free to experiment with flavoured coffee beans.

• Add a little honey. I used creamed honey because it’s soft, smooth and melts beautifully into the warm coffee.

• Froth the coffee and honey together until it becomes light and creamy.

• Then add ice as much as you want!

• Finish with cold frothed milk. You can froth it manually, or use a milk frother on a cold milk setting like I do.

And that’s it, simple, creamy iced coffee without syrups 🧋🧊

You can also add cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa or anything else you like, but I love keeping it clean and simple.

Coffee myths, busted ☕️

Some things we hear about coffee sound true… but are they?

Swipe through and let’s separate fact from fiction.

Have a coffee myth you want me to debunk next?

Brazil in a cup, but not the kind that needs to shout.

Brazil São Bento is one of those coffees that feels rich from the first sip - smooth, sweet, a little nutty, with those chocolate and caramel notes that slowly come through even more as the cup cools.

It’s bold, but still balanced. Comforting, but not boring. The kind of coffee you reach for when you want something with a bit more character in your morning.

And yes, this one has been recognised with a Cup of Excellence rating - but honestly, the real test is in the cup.

Available as whole beans or ground coffee - just let us know your preference in the comments section when ordering.

This tea is all about balance, colour and a little moment of calm. 🌿

Our Herb Tea Blend “Feng Shui” is inspired by the idea of harmony between you and your surroundings.

A beautiful mix of apple, dragon fruit, goji berries, lemongrass, blackberry leaves, nettle, orange peel, eucalyptus, wild strawberry leaves and blossoms creates a cup that feels colourful, gentle and full of character.

The flavour is soft and aromatic, with sweet strawberry notes and a light touch of bergamot for freshness.

Another new tea has joined the collection, and this one tastes like sunshine in a cup. 🍍🌺

Our Fruit Tea Blend “Pineapple/Guava” is bright, tropical and naturally sweet, with juicy pineapple, soft papaya, tangy apple and a fresh citrus lift from lemongrass.

The pineapple and guava notes make it fruity and refreshing, while rose petals and marigold blossoms add a beautiful colourful touch to every brew.

Perfect for anyone who loves a sweeter, tropical fruit tea - full of flavour, colour and summer feeling.

Best enjoyed:
🍍 10–12 minutes brewing time
🍍 100°C water
🍍 4–5 teaspoons per litre

Always brew fruit teas with boiling water and let them infuse properly for a safe and delicious cup.
