Starting tomorrow, we’re going to try a new opening schedule for the next few weeks:
📅 Tuesday–Saturday
🕚 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
We hope these hours will make it easier for more of you to visit us for lunch, coffee, dessert, or dinner after work.
This is a trial period, and we’ll see how it works for both our customers and our team before making a final decision.

After a busy few weeks of preparing, we're excited to welcome you back. We're almost finished with all the final touches, and our kitchen is ready!

❤️ First of all, thank you all so much for your incredible support, kind messages, and well wishes. Your kindness has meant more to us than words can express.
🤕 Well… it turns out the blender was stronger than my finger! 😅🩹
Today didn't quite go as planned. While getting everything ready for our long-awaited reopening, I had a rather serious accident in the kitchen.
Thankfully, I received amazing care from the wonderful team at Dungloe Community Hospital, HSE Ireland .They acted quickly, treated my injury, and even took an X-ray to make sure the bone was still intact. ❤️ We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and the excellent care they provided. We are so lucky to have such dedicated healthcare professionals in our community.
Unfortunately, because of the accident, we had to postpone today's reopening. Tomorrow we'll be back in the kitchen preparing everything once again, and we'll be delighted to welcome you on Thursday, 16th July. 🥟☕
We truly can't wait to open our doors and welcome you all back to Soloma!
And one last thing… please take care of yourselves during these hot summer days—and maybe keep your fingers a safe distance from the blender! 😅❤️

Dear customers,
We are very sorry to announce that Soloma will be closed today.
Unfortunately, I suffered a serious finger injury while working in the kitchen this morning and require medical treatment. Because of this, we are unable to go ahead with our long-awaited reopening today.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support.
We will keep you updated and hope to welcome you back as soon as possible.
