We're Back!! Join us this Sunday June 28th at The Novel Bean for a social meet up!

This is a casual meet up to go for a light walk or run and back to the Novel Bean for a coffee and chat.

Free to join & everyone welcome.

Come alone - bring a friend - bring your family!

Social Sunday is an opportunity to meet others, connect, and enjoy a casual morning where everyone is welcome.

We will meet at the Novel Bean at 10.30am.

Walk/Run at your own pace. No competition. Just a leisurely morning.

Then it's back to the Novel Bean.

You do not need to be a member of MF Coaching to come along. We encourage everyone to come out and connect with others in the community.
