Day 2 of the workshop was a true celebration of global flavours, creativity, and hands-on culinary learning 🌍✨👩‍🍳

From mastering the delicate technique of rolling varieties of sushi 🍣 to assembling soft, flavour-packed Korean bao sliders 🥟, every dish brought a new experience to the table. The bold and delicious smoky paneer shawarma wraps 🌯 added the perfect street-food touch, while our air fryer recipes 🔥 proved that delicious can also be smart and effortless. And of course, the irresistible crunch of crispy spring rolls paired with flavourful dips 🥢 made the day even more exciting.

What made the day truly special was the energy in the kitchen—the teamwork, the curiosity, the creativity, and the joy of turning simple ingredients into beautifully plated dishes. Every recipe was not just about cooking, but about learning techniques, understanding flavours, and exploring cuisines from around the world, all under one roof.

A day full of rolling, wrapping, crisping, plating, tasting, and creating memories that will stay long after the workshop ends 💛✨
