A 5 course dinner by guest chef Al Schaaf, encompassing the amazing flavours of a gourmet steak house and paired with wines from around the world.

- Edamame with Truffle Oil and Sea Salt.
- Maryland style Crab Cake with Jalapeno Creama and Green Apple Jicama Slaw.
- French Onion Soup with Sour Dough Gruyere Croutons.
- US Prime Rib with “Red Eye“ Demi-Glace, twice baked Potato and Cress Salad.
- New York Cheesecake with Raspberry-Campari Sorbet.
