Last Wednesday, Topaz welcomed esteemed guests for the Paysan Breton Appreciation Dinner, hosted in partnership with Indoguna Cambodia.
Our Executive Chef Sopheak POV crafted a menu that wove the finest Paysan Breton dairy into every course — creamy Brie on golden crostini, a silky celeriac velouté enriched with Comté and black truffle, and a beautifully curated Paysan Breton cheese selection to close the savory journey.
